My favorite baker when it comes to bread, especially the house bread, and the cake is not to be despised either.

Baked goods are okay. What could be improved is the breakfast. The selection is basically OK. However, the rolls, whether grains or normal, are very rubbery and not very voluminous. It feels like biting into hollow chewing gum. The Mett just looked a bit like Mett, otherwise rather tasteless. The outside terrace needs cleaning and the staff in the kitchen could use reinforcement. Waiting time in line to order over 10 minutes. Then another 15 minutes to complete. Correction: The rating refers to the GROBE bakery on Flughafenstrasse.

I am always happy when I am at Grobe and enter one of the many branches. The friendliness (the rough smile) is contagious. And it doesn't matter whether I act as a customer or as a service provider. I always went back with a smile on my face. We have been taking care of the Grobe bakery for several years now as an IT service provider and also in administration you are always welcomed in a friendly and smiling manner.

We are regular customers at Grobe and have always been satisfied so far, only what I have learned now can be seen as nonsense on the customer. Since we also like to get "fresh" bread on Sundays, this really annoys me. Last Sunday there were only 2 types of bread that we don't normally take. The lady said that there is no fresh bread on Sundays or only Sunday bread is fresh. When I asked why the other bread was also available on Sundays, they said it was from the previous day. For the same price?? So far it was not mentioned that it was from the previous day. No matter, the customer doesn't know. Grobe should deal with this openly, then the end user knows what he is getting into. Do I have to assume that it is bread from the previous day that I buy at the regular price ??? Here is simply a request to Grobe to consider whether the bread is not offered to the customer cheaper. If there is a change here, then also like 5 stars. The ladies behind the counter can't do anything here. Always friendly and nice .. These are instructions from above to sell the bread at the regular price ... hm ... too bad

Breakfast there is always worth a visit. Price performance is great. Good food / drink at reasonably good prices. The big baguettes are awesome. You can choose them yourself and have them covered and, if desired, have them baked :)
